Introduction This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all digital services provided by AB Corporation LLC, a Texas-based entity. By engaging with our services through www.abcorporationllc.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Service Nature Due to the nature of digital services (SEO, Web Development, and Digital Solutions), we allocate resources and expertise immediately upon project commencement. Therefore, 100% refunds are only available before the project kick-off meeting or within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellation Policy Clients may request to cancel an ongoing project by providing a written notice to info@abcorporationllc.com.

• Standard Projects: A cancellation fee may apply based on the hours already invested by our team.

• Subscription Services: Monthly SEO or maintenance services require a 15-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility Refunds are evaluated under the following conditions:

• Technical failure from our end to deliver the agreed scope of work.

• Duplicate payments made by mistake.

• Services not started within the agreed timeline.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors (like Triple-A) may be non-refundable.
